Pick up of your Balikbayan Box

Please announce your packed Balikbayan boxes or other supplies in time to our hotline. We will inform you about scheduled collection time, which orients itself at our route planning and your desires.

In some areas we cannot fetch with our vehicles from cost reasons. We cooperate with well-known logistics companies that will collect the Balikbayan box. Like us our partners will collect at the desired time if possible.

Please note that our logistics partners can collect only at the entry door at ground level. The weight of the boxes should be adapted, because the trucks are equipped with an elevating platform, which cannot be moved over stairs or steep ground.
