Terms of Payment

During collection by our vehicles you pay cash. The driver will give you the receipted invoice with all data of the freight order.

If a logistics enterprise assigned by us collects the Balikbayan box, you will receive an invoice after the arrival of the box(es) at our storehouse. You shall pay the invoice immediately.

We ask for understanding that not paid orders cannot be delivered.
